1. As to where, I don't think there is actually a place that you can. However using software such as veoh client or other similar types you can download the videos. I'm not certain on the format but I'm sure you could convert it if necessary. Hope that helped.
2. There's this thing called DVDVideo Soft Free studio. You can download a "youtube video downlaoder" after you download that program, then you get the url of the youtube video and it will download it as an avi. I've been using it for a while so it doesn't mess up your computer, at least it hasn't hurt mine. Plus there are a lot of other things you can download with that program, so it's pretty great.
